A low-ranking member of the Mad Gear Gang, El Gado patrolled the streets of
Metro City until the gang disbanded. Unable to find a permanent job, El Gado
continued his life of crime and eventually joined
Rolento's gang. Again, El Gado was nothing more than a lackey, and it is
unknown how long he stayed with the gang before departing for greener pastures.
