Twelve is the product of one of Gill's genetic experiments. He is the ultimate super-soldier, and his capabilities surpass even those of Necro. Twelve is barely recognizable as human. He is virtually devoid of normal features, and can morph his body into various states. He is meant to be a merciless killing machine, and uses his abilities to turn his limbs into deadly weapons. After Necro was found to be ineffective, Gill entered Twelve into the third Street Fighter tournament.
