A huge man, Abigail was a member of the Mad Gear gang that was based in Metro City. He was one of the tallest and strongest members of the gang, rivalled only by Andore. His strength made him the crime boss of Metro City's Bay Area, a position he held until his defeat at the hands of Mayor Haggar. The group dissolved shortly thereafter, and Abigail went into hiding in Metro City. His current whereabouts are unknown.
